Called number listed, relayed info about vehicle needing Key Fob programed to foreign operator in a call center (You could hear the other people in the background talking). Was told that a $30 service fee would be added to visit. I expressed hesitant about total cost, they offered a 10% discount off total. After four calls from out of state numbers asking about making new key for may car (never requested) someone calls & says $135 to come out. Locksmith company across Moreland Rd quoted best price and said they would program both fobs. If the offer of 10% would have been applied to total they still were the most expensive service of the locksmith companies I have contacted for those in the area.

My daughters lock was not installed properly. A fire trap couldn't unlock from the inside and when she called for service within months of installation they came out and charged another $300.00 and it still didn't work properly. Thank goodness for an amazing carpenter we hired who told us the lock was not installed properly and we hope fixed the issues. The clinker was the service call charge of which nothing was done but a minor adjustment within a week later it didn't work again.

I really question what kind of expertise the people who are employed by this company have...I understand their terms of the costs in that they will send someone out in an emergency, but you'd expect that they send someone out who somewhat knows what they're doing and isn't on youtube on their phone most of the time watching videos of "how to unlock..." (the same videos that I was watching before giving up and calling in a "professional") or calling their supervisor almost every 5 minutes to ask what they should do...And eventually not be able to get anything done (and charge the fee to be out for the emergency - almost $200) and recommend that a higher technician come out the next day and charge you again for that... Disappointed in their abilities and business ethics/professionalism is a complete understatement...
