Meni installed our security camera system a few years ago and it has been working flawlessly. We recently had an issue with accessing the system that was due to user error (new employee). Even though we are well beyond the guarantee stage, he patiently walked me through the steps to get everything back in order. It felt a little awkward to call after so long, but he put my mind at ease and couldn't have been nicer. So much easier than trying to work through the manual or search the internet for solutions. It's nice to see a company that really provides customer service. Thank you.

High quality, cost effective, honest work! Communication was a little hard at first (voice mail was full right before Easter and one of my emails didn't go through) but once we were in touch, Erik was super communicative via call/ text. It took a longer than if I had worked with a different locksmith because a) the higher quality lockset I wanted was backordered, and b) Erik offered to return fee of charge the following week to adjust the color of my existing deadbolt strike because the new one from the lockset was smaller/ didn't fit quite right. Even though this took longer, the end result was exactly what I needed at the right price.
