After going to 6 different locksmith shops and hardware stores, these guys were the only ones able to copy a key for me and have it work! They were able to look at the key and determine that it needed a special blank that most shops do not stock, but they had 2. Both worked perfectly. The only change I'd have liked is if the screen were tilted back several degrees to make inputting your information easier.

The process was extremely convenient and easy. So much so that I went back a couple days later and ordered more keys. However, this time I received an email saying that the key was a type that could not be copied (Medico). Interesting, because it's the same key I used a couple days prior, and the keys I received fit perfectly.
