Very easy and convenient. I tried it mainly for the fact I was intrigued. In reality, I’ll never use it again due to the fact that I can go to Home Depot of Lowe’s and get copy of keys for literally half price. To copy the keys is 5.99 a key (lowest cost key)That’s absurd. Need to lower cost if they intend to peak public interest above one time use.

Walked into a rite aid, used the kiosk, got them 3 days later and they work perfect. Didn’t have to deal with a grump over at Home Depot or Walmart.

Easiest kiosk experience ever. Needed 2 keys and was automatically offered a free third key. Didn’t need a third so used a 25% promo code I found (easily) on line. Simple, fast and convenient.
