Nick was dispatched and arrived in 25 minutes. I was locked out of my house and he had me inside in 2 seconds. Unbelievable. Upfront pricing, was the exact price I was quoted on the phone. I would say these guys are dependable, honest, and locally owned. I will definitely call them in the future for my locksmithing needs. No service fee, just honest up-front pricing. Nick was courteous and professional.

I would not use them again. Customer service was horrible. The service person was unprofessional in his treatment of me during his appointment. He constantly made mention that he was not responsible if the key didn't work and I was required to pay him for his time and the key. His tone was very condescending. This is not how you keep your name in customer's heads and build clients through word of mouth.

I needed to get copies made of my motorcycle key, and was struggling to find a locksmith who was open for me to bring in the blanks (I have to special order those). Capital was one that actually had a walk-in - was helped immediately, and the price was fantastic!
