Reached out multiple times for a quote and was ignored. When I got someone on the phone the quote they gave me was far more expensive than even the dealership to have a key cut and programmed, I already had the key blank and fob. I cannot rate their work because their customer service and pricing prevented me from moving forward with them. *Edit* I reached out for quotes both via Google and the website. When I spoke to them over the phone, I was quoted $125 by A-Bullet, not the $110 mentioned in their response. There was no explanation or an inquiry into what brand or type of key I had purchased. When I responded with "That's the same price I was quoted by the dealership for key, cut and program, and I already have a key" the person on the phone responded with "yup". Customer service is a service, one worthy of review.

The key has yet to arrive. They gave me a refund, but there is a key to my car out there somewhere in an envelope with my home address on it. This sound like a GREAT way to get your car stolen to me! Be careful!
