I called Virgil's for a flat tire change. I was afraid I would have to wait hours. They told me 1/2 hour, but was only about 15 minutes. Ross called me when he got to my car. He first tried pumping up the tire, but wouldn't hold air. Then he found a sharp piece of metal in the tire. He said if I wanted, he could plug the hole and inflate the tire, which sounded great. He put a plug in and pumped up the tire in just minutes. Super friendly and nice guy! He asked if I needed anything else done, which I didn't. Ross could not have been more helpful! Great guy, was a pleasure to meet him. Thanks a bunch to Ross and Virgil's! Will definitely will be calling them again.

Ross was so prompt he beat me to where my car was! He was polite and answered all my questions about the battery that I had asked. The car does need a new battery and he made sure to ask if it could be delivered and installed in the morning as he didn’t have the battery I needed. That was no problem so all is good. He jump started the car but when he shut it off, it needed another jump. He checked battery and it was not good. Very satisfied with Ross today!
