Was in need of emergency locksmith services. Called this company and was greeted by a guy who asked what the situation was. I explained our situation and the urgency of it. Afterwards, was simply told that nobody was available. Immediately I felt like he was very rude, looked at the other reviews which confirmed that this was indeed a trend. Called a different locksmith service who promptly responded to my situation and was much more friendly. I do not recommend even calling this business.

I called them about a lockout. they wanted close to 80 dollars to come out and unlock the car but and said they could not make a key on sight. they said they would have to come back days later at another 250 dollars. what lock smith do you know can't make a key on the spot for a old ford.

I have used Paul’s lock and key for years (at least 10 probably more) and never had any problem until today when I was refused business because I am exempt from wearing a mask ( which is illegal to do)I will never recommend these guys again unless they decide to make it right then I will consider it! worst customer service I have ever seen in my life the guy wasn’t even nice about it! And good luck running a business when you have somebody working for you that runs your customers off! I suggest you look into that!!
