I really like this store. The staff is extremely helpful, it has good selection and the prices are not bad. The only negative for me is the have over the top about mask wearing. That might be a good thing to others but I have been shopping at other stores that do not hassle me about masks.

Horrible service. Do not use. They hang up on you when you call. You don't even know where you are calling because they just answer "hello". They installed a lock on our door that didn't work properly so when I called to have them fix it or replace it again, I had to call 5 times and every time she said a technician would call me and then hang up on me. Finally the technician called me back after the 5th phone call and said he would be out that same day to repair it and no showed!!!

Had an awesome experience!! I needed two vehicle keys laser cut and two fobs programmed. I had purchased the key blanks and fobs online, which was no problem. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and saved a bunch of money. Kevin was very professional and efficient. He even gave me the key code number for future cuts, and programmed the key chips, which I was going to do myself. He has a nice shop in a very convenient location. I'll be back if I need lock services. Thank you Kevin!!
