I made an appointment in January for Doug to come out and fix a lock on my door. It is now March and I still haven't received the lock that he took with him to fix. I have called him back on his cell and the business itself multiple times and he still hasn't returned any calls or showed up. And every time I would get a phone call, he would explain that it was just sitting on his desk and he kept forgetting about it. I understand that he may have been busy with other people but this is my front door; the safety of my own home I'm talking about. And then when I called him back today, he was unbelievably rude and short with me. The original task I needed to be done was a new key for the door and I never even got it.
