He was one hour late. He said he would be there in 30-35min. It was actually 60min. He got there and did fix it and it only took him 5min. The price in total including the $30 service fee was $150. I think that is too expensive for how long he was there for. I am not happy with the cost. But I am happy that he did fix it.

Quick and easy but can be a little pricey but that’s ok. My keys work and that’s all that matters!

While I liked the convenience of being able to cut my own spare keys through this automated machine, it's a bit pricey. You must have a credit card (not cash) to use it. I bought two of the cheapest keys it had available (plain brass), and got a third key for free. My total, including tax, was $18.25. For $10 or less, I could've went to my local Ace Hardware Store or Walmart and had 2 keys cut by a human AND could've chosen different designs. But I was in a hurry to get some spare house keys made, so I gave this machine a try. I won't use it again though. I gave it 3-stars for convenience and the keys DID work in the door just fine. But if you're the type of person who likes keys with designs on them, save yourself some money and go somewhere else!

It was easy to use at the kiosk, but it did take a while to print 3 keys and it was a little pricey. They were about $9 each but but two get one free, so it came out to almost $20 for three keys. Still not bad for the convenience of getting them copied while I was shopping at Kroger.
