I called Empire at 840 at night and Justin was at my house in 15 minutes. He verified I lived there and had me in in no time. Even made me an extra pair of keys. Thanks again!!

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!! The first time our dog locked us out of our vehicle, and Justin came to the rescue. He came quick and was just amazing overall. I 10/10 recommend Empire lock & safe. When you call, ask for Justin!!!

Took a little bit of time to get a new key made but they were kinda busy. Returned a second time to get a replacement key and they were extremely helpful and got the 2 keys done quickly.

I broke my remote to unlock my truck and fully expected to spend over $50.00. After a discussion with the locksmith at Howard’s, he took the pieces that were broken and put them in a new shell. Everything still worked! There was not even a reprogramming fee. Prior to that I called The Dealership who asked no questions and wanted at minimum $110.00... and it would have to be ordered. I was very impressed that this little mom and pop shop had the item I needed in stock AND asked questions which in turn saved me money! I offered a tip and he said, “no thank you, this is my job-I’m being paid already. Just tell your friends.” So friends, I’m telling you that the locksmith at Howard’s in BG is outstanding, very professional, friendly, honest and also quick. I was there less than 15 minutes and may end up buying a bicycle!! Check them out!! I was impressed!!

Best locksmith ever. Super polite, professional, and skilled. I accidentally locked my dog in my car and they were twice as quick as any other place I called said they would take and it only took him a few minutes once he got there.

Had them make programmable keys for both my wife and my vehicles . Fast, easy, and just no fuss. Great service, plus I looked at their bicycles while I waited. Ten minutes was all it took for me get mine done. I’m not sure how long it took for my wife because she came later in the day. But she was excited to have a push button lock/unlock fob key because she had been using the key to unlock the door.

I live in Russell Springs KY, an hour from Bowling Green. I needed a new key for my Ford F-150. The dealer wanted my truck for half a day and twice the price of Howard’s. I set up an appointment. We got it done and programmed in 15 minutes and was on my way. Anthony did a great job. Would recommend them highly for their locksmith services!
