This place had the without question the worst customer service I ever experienced. All Items are overpriced. Additionally the men who work there harass women constantly and wouldn’t stop eyeing my girlfriend. Would not shop here for anything.

Just went in to get one thing, and was able to find it quickly. Service seems good - spent less than 5 minutes in there and had someone ask if I needed help. They seem to have quite a lot of things in stock. As a technologist always in need of some little part or tool, I'd imagine that this will be go-to location from now on.

I was having an absolute nightmare of a time trying to install a bidet and had totally shredded a little plastic washer that went on one of the valves. It was a super small, specific part, and I went to this store in total defeat, thinking I wasn’t going to have any luck there and would have to drop way more money ordering it online. I came in close to closing, on the brink of tears, and they were incredibly helpful and kind to me. I showed them the part, and they weren’t optimistic in whether they had it on its own, but instead they unpacked the full replacement kit for the whole toilet tank, pulled out the part I needed, and sold it to me separately for $2. I was able to fix and install everything that night, and I am so so grateful for their accommodation and kindness.

I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . The process was very quick and easy going . The technician that arrived had explained me everything about the process , basically from A to Z . Fast and punctual service! Tech came and was very professional. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Had 2 keys duplicated and cut. Price was extremely reasonable. Programming was far less cheaper than the crooked dealerships! I’ll be using them again! I highly recommend them for your key fob needs! Best part, they come to you!
