Toby came on time and took the time to do the job right. He changed two locks. One was fairly easy. But the other was an old one on an old metal door. He kept working on it - making adjustments including filing the door. He locked and relocked the door until it was right. Then I locked and relocked it. Perfect! I recently moved and had my car waiting to be shipped out at the port when I received a call from the shipping company that my car wouldn’t start and needed to towed to be fixed. I had already been off for two weeks and couldn’t be there to handle. This company turned a very stressful situation into a very easy one! They made me feel at ease with their professionalism and kindness in a stressful situation. Communicated with me the whole way through the process. I hired them again to take my car back to the port and again it was a breeze! I highly recommend to anyone needing towing services! Life savers!
