I made an appointment to have a locksmith come install a lock for me at 2pm. A locksmith didn’t show up to my doorstep until 4:43pm, after calling many times to find out the ETA of the locksmith prior to them showing up. I was told their locksmiths were all on other jobs. When I finally called back to cancel my appointment, they called me 40 minutes after the fact to tell me a locksmith was downstairs (4:43 pm) I sent them on their merry way. During many of the phone calls I had with these people, they continued to ask me for my credit card information over the phone without a locksmith being present. I’m convinced it’s a scam. Very unprofessional. Needless to say I called someone else.

Had low expectations for doing a self service key copier but was really surprised. The software is great and snappy, modern UI/UX. Keys worked great. I even made the mistake of pushing on the key a bit during the scan and it didn't seem to have an adverse effect on the result.

I was skeptical of having an automated key made because I've had issues in the past with similar setups. Made 3 keys and to my surprise they all worked perfectly right on the first try. Making the keys took less than 5 minutes and they have your standard key pricing you'd get at a larger home store.

I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . Fast and punctual service! Tech came and was very professional. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Had 2 keys duplicated and cut. Price was extremely reasonable.
