Called in regards to having a key cut for my F-150. I already have a blank key fob. When she told me it would be over $100 I attempted to explain that I already had the key fob and only needed it cut, she hung up on me. This occurred at about 8:30am on 3/8/2021. Not what I would call customer service.

Whenever I had keys made before at the automotive section, sometimes the keys were not cut exactly so it would either not work at all or I would have to grind down certain parts to get it to work properly. All 3 keys made at this kiosk worked perfectly. I will definitely use again whenever I need keys made.
