Called in regards to having a key cut for my F-150. I already have a blank key fob. When she told me it would be over $100 I attempted to explain that I already had the key fob and only needed it cut, she hung up on me. This occurred at about 8:30am on 3/8/2021. Not what I would call customer service.

Locksmith charged an additional $55 dollars just to simply use balloons to pop the door open within two minutes. The total was $85. At least he was nice while taking my hard earned money.

I’m super late posting this it happened back in January 2021. My husband accidentally threw away car keys in the trash I called this place he came. Bought me new key took a couple days and program it to my car and my spare to my car. He was very nice and fixed my problem for half the price the dealership was going to charge me!

Called for a price. The girl who answered gave the introduction then said, hold please. I had zero chance to say anything nor did she wait for a confirmation. Wasn't really vibing the negative energy so I just hung up after being placed on hold and went with another company.

Quick and easy! The gentlemen apologized for the wait (called around 0700 for someone to come out but they came around 0810). He didn’t know that the person who does the early services was off today so he came instead.The keys was locked inside the trunk and he worked to open the doors in less than 2 minutes. Really happy about the service and will be calling them again if me and my husband needs help!
