This establishment was recommended by a t-mobile employee. My screen was broken on my s20. The man at the desk informed me they don't repair the s20 because it had only been out 6 months. I told him he was wrong and that the store website stated differently. He wasn't interested in helping me. I left and went to cellairis. My phone was finished within an hour.

Called in regards to having a key cut for my F-150. I already have a blank key fob. When she told me it would be over $100 I attempted to explain that I already had the key fob and only needed it cut, she hung up on me. This occurred at about 8:30am on 3/8/2021. Not what I would call customer service.
