SCAMMERS!!! Quoted me 25$ + 35$ for lock change over the phone. A man arrived, told me I had a “Nice Place” and wrote down on a piece of paper 180$ to change one lock. (Mind you I’m a woman and home alone). I asked him why didn’t he tell me over the phone that he was going to charge me around 200$ before arriving and he said “He’s just doing his job”. When I refused service for $180 he demanded a 30$ “Service Fee”. After wards somebody from the company called me trying to bargain down the price to $130. When I refused that they then offered to go down to $75! Bottom line they obviously prey on people that they think they can screw over & over charge! Disgusting. I called 911 locksmith in Dallas afterwards and they took care of everything for 75$ flat.

DO NOT get your keys fixed here! Total scammers! Quoted me for one price over the phone and then tried to charge me 230 upon arrival when I sent the locksmith away he was so rude and demanded 30 for coming to my home which is .2 miles from they’re facility might I add! That’s not all after I sent him away the company calls me and says “okay my manager said we can do it for 130 I said no that’s ridiculous so they say okay 75$“ which would have been great but ultimately shows the company is a scam and tries to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. 911 keys is much better the ENTIRE service is 75$ and they give you 4 keys .
