I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.

We didn't have a key to a locked cabinet and they were very patient in explaining what they needed in order to get a copy made for me. They're very professional here. I spoke with Ian, Jeremy, and one other person and they definitely make sure to communicate with each other on what's going on. It was just a $9 order but they treated me with the courtesy and respect of someone paying thousands of dollars. Definitely recommend coming here!

Action Lock Doc was a joy to work with and made a hectic morning a little less painful! Jeff came quickly after I made an early morning mistake of locking my purse in my car. He was considerate and worked diligently to ensure that I was able to still make it on time to work. He went the extra mile to give me advise about personal locking devices in other automotive vehicles and gave me knowledge to use in future locking needs. I bought a used car that only came with one key and the fob wasn’t working. I took it to Action Lock Doc since they’re right down the street from me. The tech, Ryan, was super helpful and professional and got me a new key with fob made in about 20 minutes. Very reasonable prices too. I’ll definitely be back next time I need a locksmith!
