I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.

My toddler locked the master bedroom and we could not get a hairpin to unlock it. They came within two hours (not an emergency, child not locked in the room). They were able to knock it out within 15minutes. Great service, great professionals! I would use them again if the need arises.

I learned the hard way how prevalent "bait and switch" pricing is in the locksmith industry. A friend recommended A-1 Locksmith and I noticed they've been in business since 1949. They promised to guarantee pricing and I was pleased to see that my final price was actually the price quoted on the phone. They were professional and I am always happy to recommend a company who puts customers first and stands by their word.

I went to A1 Locksmith to get a new key fob for my vehicle, as my old fob was broken. The technician there did a good job in recommending me a cheaper fob. Instead of charging me the 100 plus dollars for a completely new fob, he did a quick repair on my old fob for around 20 to 30 dollars. This is an ethical business and I would definitely recommend coming here again.

We purchased a used safe from A-1, they happened to have the perfect size for what I was wanting and absolutely met the need. I dealt with Cameron and James, outstanding customer service and their delivery guys were phenomenal! Since the safe had some pre-configured setup that wasn't going to work for me, I rebuilt the interior and staged my shelves exactly how I wanted them. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they know what they're doing and won't let you down!
