Daytime call - at my home (not stranded) - tech down the street - super fast unlock (3 min or less) - company then lies about the quote they gave me over the phone & tried to charge me over $200!! Their explanation: if it wasn’t for them I’d be locked out. Price gouging due to someone’s situation is illegal!!! NEVER CALL THEM!!!!!

I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.

I’ve used this company now three times and I’ll keep going back. They have always quoted me before they arrive. That alone has me recommending them to my friends. I got lucky the first two times and they were able to get to me in under 45 mins. The third it was an hour 15 but they let me know and I was fine with the added wait. Scott has always been friendly and kind while working on getting my car and house unlocked. Fingers crossed I never need them again but if I do I know it will be the same great service.

I have used this locksmith many times, both for professional and personal services and Scott always goes above and beyond. He makes sure the job is done correctly, and is qualified and experienced! One time an item was late and he discounted the price, which he didn’t have to do. Oh, and there is a Street Fighter II arcade in the store. That alone is 5 stars!

Amazing experience! I had lost my set of keys with the fob. I was able to call Fast Trac and Ty with Fast Trac showed up quick and got me a new fob programmed and keys to my vehicle. Ty got the job done fast and pricing was way better than expected. I would and will highly recommend using them.
