Daytime call - at my home (not stranded) - tech down the street - super fast unlock (3 min or less) - company then lies about the quote they gave me over the phone & tried to charge me over $200!! Their explanation: if it wasn’t for them I’d be locked out. Price gouging due to someone’s situation is illegal!!! NEVER CALL THEM!!!!!

I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.
