The worst customer service! I kept being put on hold (Muzak playing) in the middle of our conversation as I was talking. I was told that they would be there within the hour - 2 hours later no one came. I called 4 times (they kept hanging the calls up on on me) before they finally picked only to be placed on hold and then told that the tech would not be going today or tomorrow.. no reason why just “no”.. no call with updates nothing - this of course is after leaving work to meet up at the location. Worst service ever.
