Key was scanned but not available to be made at the Menards store so the scan was automatically sent to HQ for the key To be made and then mailed to me. Unfortunately, I was sent an email some days later stating that the machine did not choose the key that was available, so I was refunded my money and no key was sent. Overall, my experience was positive but I never got a key.

Ray did a Great job for me! The Key he made for me worked Better than the Original! A local place had made one for me and it worked twice and quit. The Key has a Chip in it and Lost the program. Great Job Ray! I would Refer Ray to anyone that has a Auto Key issue!

Ray came out to create a new key for a vehicle for me after I lost my last set. It seemed to prove a little bit of a challenge as it took him a little longer than he thought it would I think.
