Douglas is the definition of “above and beyond.” He appeared like magic out of the dark on short notice to save me and 2 teenagers and drove us all the way to Austin from Fredericksburg. Douglas is the literal unicorn of roadside assistance. We endured a 4+ hour ordeal with AAA not showing up after a 90 minute wait, then being in a seemingly endless phone loop of AAA people not knowing what was going on, stranded late night at Enchanted Rock SP with a bum alternator (we had just enough battery to get into F-burg after AAA no-showed us). Once AAA finally figured their business out, Douglas showed up in TEN minutes. Ten. Minutes. And drove me and these kids all the way home, kind and professional all the while. Douglas is the best, and a really nice guy to boot. Thank you, Douglas!

Douglas is a super hero, helping get an over turned tractor back on it's wheels in miserable conditions. While I have ban my FIL from the tractor if we end up in need of a tow Douglas will be my first call. He is the standard of how business should be done. My best regards.

Douglas saved me and my friends! Our car got stuck on the side of the road during the historic winter freeze. He was able to come to us at our hotel to get the car keys, safely get our car and bring it back to the hotel. He was honest with us about road conditions through the entire process and very communicative. Thank you!
