They didn't have the bulb I needed, but had the batteries I was after, although they were a little expensive. But buying locally and all that. They also recycled some batteries for me, and have good customer service.

Update: 2/16/21. Got a call from the store today. I was misinformed by the corporate office. Batteries on order and food follow up from local site. Changed review to 5 star as they doing best they can. I placed an online order earlier today for 2 RV Batteries. The order processed but when I call the store there is no one answering the phone. I then called the 1800 # to see what I can do. They informed me the store is now closed until further notice. I asked how I can get my order, and she stated she will have to try and get me refunded or have the order declined to start the refund process. Not a great look for a national franchise. I did ask if we could change the order over to an opened store and I was told that is not possible. Guess no more shopping with Batteries Plus. Corporate agent did work hard to get me refunded, but waiting for that to take place.

Absolutely amazing service! Ben and the crew were very helpful from the start with changing the locks and keys for my car. Very glad I reached out to them for help, they went far beyond my expectations for service!

I own a Ford Fiesta that requires replacement keys to be made at the Ford dealership. Both of my keys were broken and to have them replaced at the Ford dealership would cost $250 each and require a service appointment, which was not available until April 29. I called ALS LOCKSMITH and spoke with Ben.Ben explained how I could still use the broken key to drive to the shop. At the shop, Ben was able to replace both broken keys for only $25 for each key. He was able to do that in less then 30 minutes. Ben was very aware of my need to replace my keys, but not for $250 per key. He was able to make me replacement keys that didn't completely bust my monthly budget. I am very grateful.
