I own a Ford Fiesta that requires replacement keys to be made at the Ford dealership. Both of my keys were broken and to have them replaced at the Ford dealership would cost $250 each and require a service appointment, which was not available until April 29. I called ALS LOCKSMITH and spoke with Ben.Ben explained how I could still use the broken key to drive to the shop. At the shop, Ben was able to replace both broken keys for only $25 for each key. He was able to do that in less then 30 minutes. Ben was very aware of my need to replace my keys, but not for $250 per key. He was able to make me replacement keys that didn't completely bust my monthly budget. I am very grateful.

The Worst
I needed help to get into a safe that was locked on accident. The staff was friendly and responsive. Most folks don't call back when they promise, but like clock work, I got a call back. Excellent service!

My experience with this company was overall very positive. They answering service was well setup for after hours and the technician who helped me arrived promptly and worked quickly. He was also very helpful in pointing out that insurance may reimburse me for the cost. My incident (locked keys in car) happened at 8:30-9:00 pm and I needed my car the next morning so a 24 hour lock service was a godsend. All this being said I felt the cost was a bit high. I’m hopeful my insurance will refund me, and yes I did lock myself out so it’s definitely my fault, but 90 dollars is a good amount of money for travel time from Rathdrum to Post Falls and approximately 10 minutes of work. Even round trip, that’s 90$ for less than an hour of work. Bottom line, If I’m stuck in a jam like this again (hopefully I won’t be because I’m buying a lockout kit for the house) Ild still use this company.
