Had 2 sets of keys made first set didn't work. Bought 2 and didn't get my free key. Came back because the first set didn't work and the second set (I got the free key on) go figure that copy doesn't work either. I called the customer service number and as soon as someone answered she hung up on me. I am beyond unhappy!!
