This storage are okay but the bad thing about it. Our clothes had a lot of rat poop. And my food are eaten by rat. It’s not safe. They should do about those stuff like putting some rat traps or any food rat poisoning. They all just care about money. How about our own stuff?

The Front office girl Emma is sweet as can be. We had some difficulties and she handled everything flawlessly. They got our unit ready for us and made it all simple, even helping us handle everything online due to our schedule. I am extremely glad we found this place and their pricing is far more reasonable than other storage places! Will definitely enjoy using this location while we transition from house to house!

Right now, the place is pretty inhospitable. No one is allowed in the office. My son and I are moving and are storing boxes as we get a group packed. There are signs posted that carts are available during office hours, but when my son requested one, he was told they weren't being loaned out, due to covid virus. Couldn't they be wiped off, like they spray grocery carts? So my son had to carry each box on and off the elevator and down two intersecting hallways to our unit. And the manager yelled at our friend for following us into the gate. We were embarrassed, as he was doing us a huge favor by removing some heavy storage cabinets. He should have used our code, of course, and was in the wrong, but was such rudeness called for? Definitely not a welcoming establishment.
