I called for help at about 8:15pm on a Friday noght because my wife, toddler, and I were unable to enter an Air BnB in Keystone. They told me they were sending a locksmith to help. I called back 20 minutes later and they told me “we don’t service your area sorry about that” and immediately hung up the phone on me. Such horrible service all I can do is laugh!

Re-keyed my new house. Showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Explained different options to me. Didn't oversell. Price was reasonable and exactly what they had quoted me over the phone - no surprises. I will definitely use them again when needed.

What a pleasant to do business with. These guys are truly professional from the beginning to the end. It started with a quote and exchange of messages, after receiving 3 quotes from different locksmith I already knew this company is a stand up company. They were not the inexpensive one but definitely something about the communication that connects through the customer. The service is really prompt. I was just gonna get a quote and schedule the service but they came out the same day and was done in less than 30min to re-key my 2 doors. Thanks Mike and to the other guy who made it happen.
