Be careful of hidden fees, taxes, and charges with this company. Would not recommend due to rude and poor customer service from phone operator and technician. Completed job well done in 15 minutes to cut car key and program car key FOB. However, on the phone he said the cost would be $150.00 and I agreed to price. Did not mention service fee and other charges which came to total of $184.00. Became argumentative and rude when I asked technician to maintain agreed price. Also I had to tell him not to physically lean his body on my vehicle ( expensive luxury car) which surprised me and came off as disrespectful. Technician did not wear a face mask or shield of any kind during entire process and interaction.

I gave 2 stars because Joey truly started service for me very prompt and friendly. I needed a backup key fab for a 2013 528i BMW. The high price was understandable but but not to work after spending more than $300, isn’t. It didn’t work all the time and only portion functional. Called back and reported the problem Joey responded quickly but still had a problem and it stopped working at all. Then I called again but he didn’t show up as promised. I tried multiple time and he’s not responding. I’m sure he’s a good man and I wish he either truly finishes the job he’s been paid for or admit he can’t do it and return the money. That’s what a good professional business does. I know, 2 stars can be generous in this case.

Locksmith came out to rekey two vehicles for which keys had been stolen. Locksmith explained that he was changing the locks by "1 number" which would render old keys useless. We recovered stolen items which included old keys. We tested old keys for this particular vehicle vs. new keys and BOTH worked to open vehicle and start vehicle. Called to address this with whatever lady represents the company and was told "you got two new keys, they work, whatever". Work we asked for was not performed, yet we were charged as if it was. Basically cut 2 or 3 new keys on both vehicles and charged us upwards of $600. Asked her to either come out and do the work, or refund some of the money. She wouldn't answer in either way. When I threatened to dispute charge she got nasty and hung up. Completely unprofessional.
