I called to have someone come out because I was locked out of my house. Keep in mind it was 10:30 at night and 40°. The woman on the phone was aware of my situation. She would not give me a price quote, and she had an attitude. She proceeded to tell me she was just going to contact someone in my area to give me a quote and stop by. I waited over an hour and still did not receive a call... Horrible Business ethic.

Needed a copy of my mailbox key. Went to the kiosk at my grocery store to make a copy, but the style of key was not available. I was happy to learn that they could make and ship it to me for free! Delightful! The key works great.

I called to get a mold of a key made they said they would have someone out here within 30 minutes an hour later haven’t heard anything so we called they said it would be another 20 minutes waited another 40 minutes still didn’t hear anything called again and the guy said it would be another 25 minutes... after waiting two hours instead of 30 minutes we decided to get someone else to help. Wouldn’t have minded if they just would’ve communicated with us instead of just having us sit around waiting.
