**update** after being told three times by different people that my complaint was not valid or that because it was under $200 they won’t help someone escalated this to somewhere else. I was given a full refund for my hassle. I appreciate this. Thank you for making this right KeyMe. Do NOT use Keyme Locksmiths. My daughter locked my keys in my car. I called and asked how much. The lady on the phone said it was $29.99 to have a a technician come out. I asked for the price to unlock my car with a slim Jim. I was again told $29.99. So I agreed. When the tech came and unlocked my car (via slim Jim, took ten seconds). He charged my card $139.99. I asked why so much when I was quoted a third of the price. He told me to have a good day and left. I called the company back and she told me yeah it’s $29.99 and plus whatever their technicians decide to charge and it looks like you were quoted that. Look lady I would have chosen someone else if you’d been honest. I do NOT like dishonest people who take advantage of people. KEYME locksmiths should make this right and have more honest employees

Key is great! No problems. I was surprised by the price but I've never needed to buy a key before so I don't know what a fair price is.

I called to have someone come out because I was locked out of my house. Keep in mind it was 10:30 at night and 40°. The woman on the phone was aware of my situation. She would not give me a price quote, and she had an attitude. She proceeded to tell me she was just going to contact someone in my area to give me a quote and stop by. I waited over an hour and still did not receive a call... Horrible Business ethic.
