I ordered a key from this kiosk because I thought it would be more convenient than going to the hardware store. The Key costed much much more than it would have and I hadn’t received the key until after the scheduled shipment. Don’t fall for this yourself and just go to the hardware store to get a key.

I was unable to find a key smith that was available, so I was glad there was a second option. It was around $8 for a copy, which is why I give 4/5. My key was ready in a minute. I was worried the key copy was inaccurate, it looked like the machine missed a detail, but it worked first try. I was grateful this kiosk was in a helpful place.

Kiosk was easy to use. Keys worked great in the door when I tried them at home, very smooth. Would be great if they offered accessors like a split ring, that would have been great!
