I ordered a key from this kiosk because I thought it would be more convenient than going to the hardware store. The Key costed much much more than it would have and I hadn’t received the key until after the scheduled shipment. Don’t fall for this yourself and just go to the hardware store to get a key.

I have used their keyme machines many times for house keys. It has failed me once out of maybe 10 times, but they were very nice when I called and receiving a refund wasn’t hard. It was that great customer service that made me want to give it another chance. I’m glad I did and have been back a few times since and will continue to. Their options of keys have expanded into car keys, cards for building locks and fobs too! Pretty awesome stuff!

I was unable to find a key smith that was available, so I was glad there was a second option. It was around $8 for a copy, which is why I give 4/5. My key was ready in a minute. I was worried the key copy was inaccurate, it looked like the machine missed a detail, but it worked first try. I was grateful this kiosk was in a helpful place.

The process was quick, they had a very convenient kiosk location, and the keys work perfectly. It doesn't seem that expensive to me, $8 for a key and the convenience of the kiosk is perfectly reasonable.
