I ordered a key from this kiosk because I thought it would be more convenient than going to the hardware store. The Key costed much much more than it would have and I hadn’t received the key until after the scheduled shipment. Don’t fall for this yourself and just go to the hardware store to get a key.

I was unable to find a key smith that was available, so I was glad there was a second option. It was around $8 for a copy, which is why I give 4/5. My key was ready in a minute. I was worried the key copy was inaccurate, it looked like the machine missed a detail, but it worked first try. I was grateful this kiosk was in a helpful place.

Very handy kiosk. We'd been meaning to have an extra key made for a long time but never did it. We walked past this machine and then looked at each other and turned around and went back to it. We initially thought we'd get the key made right then and there instead of having it mailed to us....but that turned out to be just fine. Got it within a week's time. Would use this service again for sure.
