A locksmith is aperson.that services locks cuts keys unlocks doors. How is this company considered locksmiths when they have a machine duplicating keys at your local shopping centers?

I called to get a fob for my car. Had to wait all day for calls taking 40mins in between. They tell my a price of 250 and they will have to order the fob. I asked the question how long and they tell me that they will call me back. They never called me back. I called the following Monday since the last time I talked to them was Friday. I get a rude lady that tells me it will take 495 and three days. I asked why the price changed and they told me I am confused I did not talk to them. They were the only ones I talked too. I ask I just want to know where the first quote was for and why it changed. I would have paid because I need new fob for my car but then she kept on saying I was confused and I asked to just talk to someone else to finish this up and she said she is the only one I can talk too. Then continues to tell me I am wrong and confused and that if I want help I have to talk to her.
