Because they made me pay them for breaking my phone. Plus they raised the price on the repair to what was advertised on their website. And I did not get a discount for scheduling my appointment on their website. And they wanted my passcode. They should have examined the phone before working on it; because it was not bent with a gap when handing the phone to them. I see sales are down. I should have read the reviews first.

They did a good job of giving the screen on my wife's phone but that's where it's stopped. The employee that was helping was rude and insulting of other customers that were there before. He made it a point to keep let me know how much of a bother it was to do his job of fixing the phone, and others phones that day. There was a problem with the extra batteries I was buying and he was rude about my simple joke of it being free. Overall, the lack of emotional intelligence and customer service, even in the simplest of forms, means I will never be back to this location. I give it 2 stars only because they fixed the phone.

Great service even when there's an issue. Manager was spectacular and went the extra mile to help. I've been here twice to get new keys and both experienced we're successful.

The location to where we live is the only draw back. (we live out in the country) The guys are always friendly and give GREAT customer service!
