Just stopped by for their notary services. It eas quiet at the time and customer service was friendly and efficient. Site is like a UPS store but friendlier and cozier.

I just walked in this store, with no mask because I can't wear them due to medical reasons, the tall young man asked if I had a mask. I said no I can't wear them, he laughed and said ok. I said don't laugh at me. He said nothing. I then asked for a receipt because I was dropping off a ups package. He said I can email it to you. I said I prefer a receipt, then the manager said their printer is jammed and they can scan it in front of me but all they can do is email it, (they told me the same thing the last time I was here over a month ago). I turned around and walked out and will never return.

I have an online business so I ship many packages. It was kind of a hassle getting to my local Post Office, and noticed this place, so I thought I'd try it out. So after many packages sent, I realized that it was worth it to go thru the hassle of getting to the PO. At least at my local PO I get a smile and a hello, rather than a mechanical, "can I help you". At least there i know exactly what I need to have with me, what forms i need to fill out, ect, rather than every time being different and never knowing what to expect. I could list more that made me no longer want to ever mail a package from Lacey Pack & Ship ever again! But tbh honest, I am not trying to be mean or bash any business I just never expected that each time I left there that I would leave feeling sad like I got my feelings hurt. ☹ P.S. The prices are outrageous as well. Example: my son lives in the UK and the difference in price for about the same size package to be sent was over $60 Thats just ridiculous Especially for service that makes you leave feeling like you just left the mean girls table in middle school!

I mistakenly left a poor review for this company, mistaking it for Package Express Postal Center in Lacey. I want to apologize. They were very gracious to inform me of my error. This store does have employees wearing masks and they have barriers to protect customers and staff.
