The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I work for a trucking company and one of our drivers locked himself out. I called Tony's to get him going again. The lady that took my call took all my information. I paid her before the service was performed. $260.00 to unlock a door! I did not receive a copy of the invoice . I called the number back several times a day for two days and I would get put on hold for 20 plus minutes each time with no one ever taking the call. I will never use their services again! I still have not received any paperwork!!!!

I know, locksmith companies often take more time to arrive at clients’ spots, thus I hired an emergency locksmith service for a quick security upgrade. As I thought, a technician knocked on the door sharp 30 minutes after I called. He also did work on time. I am glad that I chose this company.
