Gave me a flat fee from the get go and great customer service over the phone and in person and on top of all that came at 1 am to help me. 100 percent recommend. I foolishly locked my keys inside the house and my friend suggested Alex at Nova. I am glad I called. Alex answered quickly and stated 45 minute arrival time. He arrived before the estimate and called to keep me informed of arrival time. Alex was courteous and walked me through the process. He was also careful to check my ID. The lock on our front door was busted. I called Advanced County Locksmith early on a Saturday morning, and someone was at my home with 90 minutes of my call. Ivan showed up and saved the day. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can tell by his work, that he loves what he does. It shows. Everything was checked and double checked before he left our home. My wife and I loved the service we were provided and won't hesitate to use this business again.

My husband and I just had the worst experience with this business! We were left speechless, really. We bought a new home in January and needed new locks installed. My husband reached out to this business because of the great reviews, but were sadly misled. And to think This is apparently a family business! When we visited the establishment, Ivan greeted us and showed us around the store. He showed us what seemed to be “quality” locks. We were told that if we purchased from them we would have a long term warranty with the locks in case anything happened to them. Well, $510.00 later, after install, the doorknobs became loose and shortly after that our front door locks jammed to the point we couldn’t leave the house through the front door. Knowing what was promised to us at the time of purchase, we reached out to seek repairs. The nice promising , Ivan we met at the store during purchase had a different tune this time around! We were given the run around, told that all the locks needed were to be tightened and that we could do it ourselves, when my husband mentioned Ivan’s worry free promise he completely lost it on the phone started yelling at us, refused to help us out at all! He said we were lying and that he didn’t want to do the job. When I called back, he said “bottom line, I don’t have time for a job like that” and asked if I wanted another locksmiths number. We experience a great deal of unprofessionalism and would not wish that experience for anyone - we feel robbed! if your looking for security of your home or security in you purchase, this is not the place to go! If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

I was looking to have a replacement key made and reached out to Advanced County Locksmiths. I will end up getting it done at my dealer as I have other routine service that needs to get done, but my interaction and experience with Chris was fabulous. He was super responsive to my email and inquire and very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I am not able to do business here at this time, but would definitely follow back up and recommend them to friends!
