You will not find a better company then Apex, they are the most professional, friendliest, and experienced. I had a problem with my front door lock around 7pm, thinking I would have to leave my door unlocked with a wide open hole in the door, I called Apex and the owner was able to come out that night and took care of my problem in a super timely manner. He was one of the friendliest people I ever met and couldn’t recommend his company any higher. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their prices were also affordable and reasonable! Thank you Apex

Poor service. If you love the smell of smoke, the store is a smokers paradise. Stood in there for 30 minutes while they walked around and said they were working on a key of mine which they informed me may take 3 hours. Did not want to pass out from the smoke so I left.

Terrible service and poor workmanship. I have been four times for key cutting. Twice to have the keys cut and twice to have them rebuffed. The edges were too sharp and would not turn the lock. Additionally, the staff is rude and charges about $3 for a simple mailbox key. Any hardware store in the area is better.
