Very honest company and will certainly be using them from now on. I have an old system that was acting up and was prepared to get a new setup if this one couldn't be fixed. The tech came out and was able to simply repair our existing hardware.

Poor service. If you love the smell of smoke, the store is a smokers paradise. Stood in there for 30 minutes while they walked around and said they were working on a key of mine which they informed me may take 3 hours. Did not want to pass out from the smoke so I left.

Terrible service and poor workmanship. I have been four times for key cutting. Twice to have the keys cut and twice to have them rebuffed. The edges were too sharp and would not turn the lock. Additionally, the staff is rude and charges about $3 for a simple mailbox key. Any hardware store in the area is better.

The locksmiths who came to our place was very nice, I showed him all the locks, and he did what he had to do on short time and he was done. Took one star away because 4hour window is a little too long to wait for locksmiths. Otherwise no complain.

Great service and price. He showed up right away and was able to fix the issue while trying to save me money in the process. Instead of trying to sell me all new hardware, he was able to fix the old one. That type of honesty is rare now a days and for that reason I will definitely use them again in the future. Highyly recommend them.
