I was charged $20 for a toilet flapper, which I later found was $8.50 at Home Depot. When I called them later to ask them if the pricing had been a mistake, the gentleman at Bunchers told me that they don't get the same discounts as the larger stores. It seemed strange to me because they had other Koehler flappers on display for under 10$, while this piece was brought to me from their inside stock and pricing seemed arbitrarily decided.

Purchased a snowblower from them yesterday in the middle of a snowstorm. They had snowblowers in stock when no one else did. The whole process took 20 mins and they delivered it to my house within a few hours in the middle of the storm. Exceeded my expectations! Good luck getting this kind of service from Home Depot or Lowes, they tell you blower is delayed 3 months due to covid. Glad to support small business!

This business CHARGES 3-1/2% EXTRA on a DEPOSIT TO HOLD ITEM THAT THEY HAD MULTIPLE ITEMS IN STOCK FOR 2 DAYS AS I COULD NOT GET OUT OF WORK UNTIL AFTER THEY CLOSE, AND $7.95 UNDISCLOSED CHARGE TO PUT 1 QUART OF NON ETHANOL 4 STROKE GAS IN A VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE BRAND NEW ITEM. VERY PETTY AND USEROUS AS A BUSINESS POLICY. On the positive side, the staff seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and they had in stock multiple quantities of the exact item I wanted. The dealer set up of the new item was done fine except one important item.
