Ibrahim came within an hour. He was able to unlock our home. He had difficulty only because we told him the wrong rotation of the lock. Once he corrected that, he unlocked it in a few minutes. The locksmith was awesome, I wish I knew his name. Showed up when he said would. I had been calling 24hr locksmiths all nigh. No 24hrs service. At 6:00am I called Rapid and by 6:50 am I was in my garage and my wife was off to work. The guy who answered the phone was great too. He could tell I needed the door open and I believe passed my concerns down to the locksmith. Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE RUN DON'T WALK - was told 35 minutes late. Hour and 10 minutes later after several attempts calling technician, he says 20 minutes. Couldn't reach anyone at office. Over two hours later no communication, once I finally speak to him he's been doing other calls!! EXTREMELY rude on the phone. Denied service. Next company was here in 25 minutes.

Kiosk key copying, only needed email and fingerprint previously scanned to make a copy of a house key that was on my other key ring that I'd left hundreds of miles away at my house.
