Had an old back door lock that jammed in shut position and couldn't be opened. Went in person to NA Lock and Key and explained situation to John who acknowledged it was an old and tricky lock assembly. He dropped everything, took a ride to my home (nearby), and with some interesting "tricks of the trade", managed to get the lock released. Did some tuning of the jamb assembly as well as thoroughly lubed the lock ... and all was back in perfect order once again. His rates were most reasonable and his expertise as a locksmith was quite apparent. He is highly recommended whenever you need a locksmith who know what he is doing!! Thanks John!

I recommend Andover locks as they are local, in business for more than 30 years and most importantly trustworthy. The owner John is a good family man with years of experience in this area. He not only knows in and out of the locks, he knows all brands and lock designs, never recommends to replace good locks and gives good suggestions. He also makes sure the aesthetics and quality is maintained. Besides he is very friendly and punctual. We need to have such good locksmiths of our town in business. I must also mention that his schedules are tight and so do not expect to find him on a short notice unless its an emergency.

This was a new experience for me. John was quick to respond, very informative throughout the entire process & could have VERY easily given up on my specific situation and said LETS JUST ORDER AN ENTIRE new lock but instead decided to go back and forth to his shop 3 separate times and continue to tinker with my lock until it worked to save ME the customer money. That doesn’t happen anymore these days. That was very much so appreciated and I would recommend him to ANYONE. 5 star service! 6 star service!
