TERRIBLE experience. I called about getting a passenger door lock replaced and re-keyed, they sent out a technician same day. He arrived, got out, left his car running, fiddled with the door lock for 30 seconds, before telling me it was broken, and, by the way, they "don't do door locks, they only do ignition keys and ignition cylinders." I told him that I had specifically told the dispatcher on the phone that it was a passenger door lock that needed repair. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just received tremendous service at a very reasonable price from Therrien Locksmith & Keys. The guy they sent drove all the way out to my car. They were able to arrive at my location very quickly and opened my door even quicker without any issues. I'm very grateful for their help in this embarrassing time.

The guy Therrien Locksmith & Keys sent was on time and very courteous. He explained to me everything he was going to do and he was always cheerful. He worked very fast and finished the job just under 30 minutes. Amazing !!
