Please take note that North Andover is not the actual location of the establishment. When you call - you are directed to a hotline. They mention the price to be $29 to come out to the location- when you ask for detailed pricing they state their prices range from $20 to $200. We just paid $175 to open a door at our house! They just propped it and opened it. To cancel the service it would have been $50 but by then it was too late. Sharing the details so customers are well informed before making the call and paying the price. I am sure there are better alternatives.
