Pat's Key N Lock Inc is a great place to do business .They are friendly, courteous and professional. I broke key on 2005 Honda Pilot. They ordered the key,called when it came in and took care of it when I went in. This was the third or fourth time I had been in. They are a local company and always a pleasant experience.

Took 3 trips to get a simple copy of a key made. First copy tip was too long - key would go in but not turn. Second copy was too wide - would not even fit in the slot. Third time finally did a laser cut and that worked. When I expressed my frustration that I had to make 3 separate trips to the store for a simple copy, I got a shrug and “oh well.” No apology for wasting my time.
